I am a registered psychologist and a professional member of the College of Alberta Psychologists in Calgary and offer a unique approach tailored to meet the needs of each client. Coming from a background in sport, I was often faced with the pressures of performance, success and failure. The “chaos” of sport taught me a great deal about mental health, injury and recovery.
